Finny was having a rather good day. He had caught up on his studies at school and even got to talk with his beloved boyfriend for a while before heading into work. He had a little pep to his step and it seemed not only did his co-workers notice but also the customers. He was having some fun waiting tables, seeming to be full of smiles and giggles the entire day. He hadn't been this bubbly in a long time, and it seemed to be a good change from being so shy and quiet. His shift was getting close to ending and realized he had his other "job" later tonight. He didn't really want to go work at the grill anymore since Beau had found out and was planning to quit. Heck maybe just not going in anymore would just be easier since the siren wasn't big on confrontation with people. He pulled his head out of the clouds though as he looked wide eyed out the sushi bar window. He had to do a double take before moving to go work behind the bar for a moment as he saw who could only be Jack on the other side of the glass. He knew he shouldn't have felt panicked about seeing the werewolf but he couldn't help it since they hadn't talked since...well since he kidnapped him and held him hostage. He didn't want to remember that though as he finished up his shift. he chose to hang around the bar area for a little longer though, not sure if the werewolf was just passing or if he was going to enter the place.

Outfit

Alright, alright.... He said and had to bend down and gave Kailah her favorite toy to silence her crying. Once Jack handed her the stuff animal that Amanda had gotten her when they went to the zoo, she was quite content finally and started to pull at its somewhat chewed ears. He smiled and straightened back up, putting the diaper bag back into the holding place on the stroller.

He looked to his left, seeing the sushi bar that Finny worked at and wasn't surprise to see the blonde hair siren himself. He hadn't talked to Finny since he had rescued him from that vampire who had tried to make Finny his pet. He also knew that Sammy's younger brother was dating the blondie. He just smiled when he saw Finny and decided to go inside, pushing the stroller through the door and sat down at a table, pulling Kailah's stroller closer to him. He got out a small container of baby food and started to feed her before looking up.

Long time, no see Blondie. He teased and smiled.

Finny thought he had taken to hiding behind the bar long enough for Jack to walk by when he saw the werewolf siting at one of the tables. He tensed for a moment, but relaxed when he saw Kailah and how Jack was tending to her. The siren walked calmly from behind the counter with a smile, almost trying to go unnoticed but jack spoke up before he could even reach the door.

"It has been a long time hasn't it?"

Finny had blocked out the memories involving the vampire and his days being kept as a pet. He honestly couldn't remember it unless someone tried to bring it up, or he ran into the vampire again, but he didn't need that right now.

The siren gave a little wave to the werewolf's daughter, smiling brighter at the little girl.

"She was so little the last I saw her. Never really saw you as the father type though. "

He giggled as he just thought of how easy it would be for jack to scare boys away from her when she reached the age of dating. Guess it was expected though.

Kailah started to make cute noises as he feed her, she even squealed with delight as she knocked the spoon out of her fathers hand and giggled when it hit the floor. He shook his head and picked the spoon up, wiping it clean before he put the food and spoon away. He looked up at Finny with a small smile. Even werewolves have hearts. He said and chuckled.

He wiped Kailah's mouth and chin off. So, how is you and your boyfriend doing? He asked curiously.

Finny hadn't meant to come off as rude or anything with his comment. It made him pull his hair for a moment, feeling bad.

"I didn't mean it like that. I just...I should stop talking."

His eyes had looked down to the floor before his eyes went wide at being asked about his boyfriend. He didn't remember ever mentioning the sweetheart of a werewolf to jack.

"Um how do you know about him? Wait is he part of the town pack?"

He seemed nervous now as he stood there, pulling at his hair slightly more than before. He prayed that they hadn't ran into one another, he just couldn't see Beau being happy that it was jack exactly that he had slept with before meeting the young wolf. He felt like that just had bad news written all over it.

Finny seem nervous about him knowing of Beau. He did wonder how the other wolf would react to knowing that he was the one that had actually taken Finnys virginity. He just smiled some at how nervous the other was acting."His older brother is." He said and sigh."And I have saved your boyfriend before from a couple of loner wolves, don't worry I haven't told him about me and you." He said.

He pulled a blanket over Kailah and sat back, once she started to drift off to sleep."So how you been?" He asked

Finny was really starting to pull at his hair trying to calm himself down as Jack explained that his boyfriend's older brother was part of the town pack. He seemed almost terrified with shock in his eyes at hearing Beau had been attacked by loner wolves, but started to relax and calm down when the werewolf had helped and hadn't mentioned their past relation to the wolf. He had ended up choosing to sit on the other side of the table from Jack for now, seeming to be less nervous now than when he had first started talking with Jack.

"Well i've been getting through my classes for my marine biology studies. And I've been debating on quiting my other um...job i guess is what it could be called..."

He didn't want to admit how much the other had messed his head up. He had ended up pulling his cell out at that time to see beau had texted him, a bright smiling coming to his face as he answered. If one thought that that siren was a little scatterbrained before, he was entirely too easy to be distracted by his boyfriend now.

He looked down at a sleeping Kailah, smiling at how cute and innocent she looked. He gently rubbed her head that was full of light red hair. She was defiantly going to be taking after her mother when it comes to looks...but maybe there might be more of him in her. She did have some of his facial features, but there was more Amanda in her than anything else. He looked up to Finny now, taking a sip of the water he brought with him.

Really? Whats this other job that you took up? He asked curiously.

He really didn't know how badly he had messed with Finny's head. He didn't mean to make the other.....change and didn't even know if he did or now. Are you ever going to tell your boyfriend about me and you....I mean I would hate for him to find out by someone else other than you. He said.

Finny was still a bit of a giggling, smiling mess for a moment talking with Beau before being snapped out of it by Jack's question. He gave a nervous laugh and put his phone away, not being able to look directly at the werewolf as he spoke.

"Well you see I um....I'm, er was, a dancer...at the grill...kinda got the job after the incident at the lake...."

He had ran a hand through his hair looking so nervous and even ashamed, eyes having averted to the table top now. He had become so needy in the sense of attention and he didn't like it but he wasn't going to straight up tell Jack it was somewhat his fault. He had it under control now being with Beau and was going to quit tonight since it just brought so much more trouble to his tank most of the time. He had started to twist and roll the little charm on the necklace Beau had given him between his fingers as he started to answer the next question.

"I've told him about you, I just never used your name or stated that it's the town alpha....I didn't really want him tracking you down."

He knew Beau wouldn't be happy at all meeting or knowing exactly who had messed up the siren's mind and made him turn boarderline into a tramp of sorts. He had just led guys on for a month or so after the lake incident before meeting beau and he was for the most part back to normal. Given he was still clingy and craved sexual attention, but he had that under his control now.

A dancer? Well, Finny would be perfect for that kind of job. Although he loved Mason and thought the witch was the most beautiful thing in the world, he would admit that Finny was a beauty. He just nodded simply and took another gulp of his water before recapping it and putting it back into the diaper bag. He cocked an eyebrow at what Finny said about Beau tracking him down ad finding him.

What could he do to me? He asked and shrugged his shoulders, clearly not even cared in the least bit by what the young wolf could or would do to him. Besides thats in the past, him bringing it up would be a waste of time and make him look stupid. He added.

Finny sighed as he listened to Jack talk. He put both hands on the table top and stared down at them, trying not to tug at his hair.

"He get's worked up and defensive easily about me is all. He's just...well I guess the best way to put it is a puppy. He's a total sweetheart though."

Finny gave a smile as he stared out the window. The young wolf had been one of the best things to happen to him and honestly didn't want to lose the boy anytime soon.

"It kinda works out well, we're both learning about each other's species as we go. I don't feel so messed up in the head anymore. "

He smiled as he propped his head up with one of his hands, still staring out the window. Beau had honestly saved him.

He shrugged his shoulders indifferently to what Finny said. Guess he couldn't really blame Beau for reacting that way. Course it wasn't as if Jack had tried or did sleep with Finny while they were together, it had happened months, almost a whole year ago. He decided to not think of the what ifs and ordered a chilled sake from a waitress.

Well thats good, I figured you would end up with a wolf...you seem to have a thing for them. He added with a slight tease in his tone.

Finny was still staring out the window for a moment before picking up on Jack ordering sake. A preplexed look crossed his face considering he had his daughter with him, but its not the siren's place to question the wolf's parenting skills. He blushed and started to tug a hand though his hair at the comment before giving a fake pout and looking back to the window.

"Well you can be blamed for that one. Not my fault a guy that can even catch my attention is a wolf."

he hadn't realized what he said until moments afterwards, making him sigh as his face turned read. He folded his his arms on top of one another across the table top and rested his head on them with a groan. He was just starting to lose some of his usual social grace. THough it could be the fact that it was Jack he was talking to and not someone else.

Jack shook his head at how the siren was acting when it came to him. He didn't know that he had that kind of effect on the other. I can't help that I am that damn good in bed that your taste runs towards wolves...but hey I would rather see you with a wolf that a blood sucker. He added with a slightl growl.

Kailah started to wake up, getting somewhat fussy. Jack quickly pushed the sake away and picked her up. She quieted down and stared at Finny with curious eyes before looked back at her daddy and said something that sounded like, 'fishy.'
